San Diego to Play Host the Largest Latin Wine Event in the U.S.

San Diego, September 11-13, 2014, announces its premier wine tasting extravaganza with some of the world's best experts and vintners. "Latin Wines of the World" will take place during the Grand Tasting Village event, Presented by The Lincoln Motor Company, on September 13 on the Embarcadero Marina Park North, San Diego Bay.

"There are over 100 wines represented at this year's ¡LATIN FOOD FEST! San Diego with some of the biggest names in the wine industry," said Richie Matthews, executive director of ¡LATIN FOOD FEST!. "Immerse yourself in the wines of Argentina, California, Chile, Mexico, Portugal and Spain. Explore distinctive regions and wineries. Meet the wine makers who will be on hand to describe their award-winning varietals, and learn how fog patterns, soils, and topography work to craft a range of wines, all from one spectacular San Diego Bayside celebration."

Grand Tasting Village will feature over 100 tasting tents, cooking demonstrations, a live music stage, book signings and thematic brand hosted pavilions, including "Latin Wines of the World" Presented by Henry Wine Group, "VIP Playa" Presented by Stella Artois, "Spirits of the Americas" Presented by Constellation Brands and "Taste Baja" Presented by Mexico Tourism Board.
