With 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Watley provides conference and event management services as well as management of corporate conferences for government and non-profit organizations including coordination of logistics, participants, registration, transportation and on-site execution. In addition to being the principal of S/E Management Group, she is a culinary assistant at L'Academie de Cuisine. She has a long history of event management support dating back to her college years and she previously coordinated corporate events for an aviation organization in addition to her duties as an air traffic controller. She then decided to establish her own business, and considers her work ethic and caring nature to be the driving forces behind her success.

Ms. Watley received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Regent University in 2000 and her Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Florida Memorial University in 1987. She aspires to grow her business by expanding her clientele.
