It is the first licensed program to offer hands-on potty training help to children 2 to 4 years old and their parents. The specially designed program integrates proven potty training strategies, music, dance and now Tinkle Toonz Musical Potties provided by its new partner, Century Trading Company Ltd.

The Potty Rockers program is structured by gender and skill level to better suit the needs of the children. Potty Rockers Pee-Wees is a "beginner" level class that introduces the potty to children and helps them to become comfortable with using the potty. Potty Rockers Graduates, an "advanced" level class, continues to encourage children to use the potty while also teaching children about wiping, putting the toilet seat down, flushing and washing hands.
