/24-7PressRelease/ -- WHAT: In the midst of all of the LAUSD budget cuts and Teachers strike in Orange County, something positive is happening with our schools. A group of International and Broadway musical performers have come together to share their talents, in order to raise money and awareness for the arts and musical education in public schools with an entertainment filled gala event.
The M.U.S.I.C. Foundation (Music Unlocks Success In Children), a non-profit organization that establishes music programs directly into our schools, without the assistance of our government, is dedicated to growing the process. The M.U.S.I.C. Foundation relies strictly on private donations and continues to place importance on the education of the arts, where our children are concerned. The M.U.S.I.C. Foundation is working toward a positive change a change which is immediately noticeable in the schools who have instituted this program.
