As the director of Belleville Alternative School, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, counseling and teaching high school students. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in working with adolescents. A licensed clinical social worker, Mr. Baer received his Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University.
