    BELLEVILLE, IL, January 6, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Scott Baer, LCSW, Director of Belleville Alternative School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of educational administration.

With an impressive background that spans 24 years of professional experience, Mr. Baer's expertise lies in social work. As the director of Belleville Alternative School, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, counseling and teaching high school students. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in working with adolescents. His experience and ability to clearly visualize concepts are what he considers to be the driving forces that have brought him success throughout his career. The most gratifying aspect of his career is seeing his students succeed.

A licensed clinical social worker, Mr. Baer received his Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Illinois Coalition for Educating At-Risk Youth, the National Association of Social Workers and is a supporter of the St. Vincent de Paul and the American Civil Liberties Union.
