With 41 years of experience in food service, Mr. Gutke has owned Annie's Family Restaurant for four years where he specializes in preparing soups. On a daily basis, he is responsible for overseeing the operations for two restaurants, scheduling, ordering supplies, cooking and managing financial issues. He began his career working for his brother at Colonel Sanders as a dishwasher making $1.25 per hour then worked his way up to the position of chicken cook. He subsequently worked in several different hotels where he worked alongside a chef who mentored him and taught him many of his cooking skills.

A recipient of several certificates, Mr. Gutke attributes his success to his diligent personalty, determination and hard work and hopes to open another restaurant.
