Asked why it's a 'virtual launch' Andy Carroll said: "As everything is on-line, there's nothing to put on a stand, so I'm teaming up with several exhibitors and plan to tell as many SCUBA divers and press people as I can!"
Andy expects the free website resource to be very popular among the diving community, especially when they discover that he has set the sites up to allow divers to profit from their logs.
