/24-7PressRelease/ -- Holly Tran, Vice President of SECUDE Global Consulting (SGC USA) presents MDR Broadcasting is implementation of Enterprise Risk Management with SAP GRC Solutions at the Dallas SAP Business Object Users Conference in Dallas on October 20th 2008.

Ms. Tran's presentation will go over MDR's implementation of the GRC Access Control solution and MDR's compliance strategy to ISO 27001/2 and beyond.
"We examine the holistic Enterprise Management Framework chosen for this project covering general IT risks, specific security needs, and user administration processes," noted Holly Tran, Vice President of SECUDE Global Consulting (USA), "We walk through the implementation roadmap using ERM strategy and planning to link risk management and SAP access controls. The presentation will focus on three key learning points:
1) Understanding a multidimensional strategic framework for ERM strategy and planning
2) Balancing risks and controls
3) Using the project management framework for SAP GRC Access Control implementation to meet compliance standards
Ms Tran brings over 19 years of insights and hands-on international experience in business, technology, and compliance leadership. As a former engagement manager at BearingPoint's Commercial Services and World Class Finance groups, and an independent management advisor with her private practice for companies ranging from small to Fortune 500, she successfully led a wide range of SOX, security, and compliance programs.
Ms. Tran earned her Bachelor (Magna Cum Laude) and her Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona, with a published thesis on system identification. She holds certification in CISSP international security, CISM security management, and the Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a member of ISSA, ISACA, and ASUG.
Ms. Tran was a speaker at the international RSA conference (San Jose, CA 2006), and at the Security Interest Group of SDForum (Palo Alto, CA 2005). She is a contributor to various publications and to the Wiley compliance and security handbook 2006.
