With more than 13 years of profession experience in the industry, Mr. Jee works as an electro-hydraulic systems engineer for Volvo Construction. In this position, he has been instrumental in helping to develop a 75-ton excavator, as well as a 5 to 30-ton short swing radius excavator.
Mr. Jee began his career as a student at Pusan National University, earning a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, followed by a master's degree in electrical and electronic engineering.
While pursuing his education, he learned that the electro-hydraulic system development industry was on the rise, and that the contemporary hydraulic systems were easy to power but difficult to individually control. This led to his work on hybrid electrical and hydraulic systems to help correct the issues. Looking ahead, Mr. Jee intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career, as well as continuing his work on his hybrid electrical-hydraulic power system.
