Tom Clinton last worked at Furniture Warranty Company as President where his team delivered service directly to retailer clients. He also has served as primary sales coordinator for the organization.
"Tom brings key experience creating solutions for customers to his new role," Will McCusker said. "He is a perfect fit for our Service USA where we provide dispatch and customer support services to businesses, including key firms in the consumer electronics, appliance, home, and auto industry."
The Reno center can support a number of high-technology customer contact roles including computer technical support help desk; Internet service provider support; chat service support; dispatching; remote diagnostics support and even multi-language customer service assistance.
