Sharon Ann Schmitz, principal of
Energy Integration-Balance Body/Mind/Spirit has been named
Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in self healing. Schmitz, a
certified symmetry instructor and practitioner, opened her Palm Springs office in 2002. She believes that our bodies have
energy systems and fields that need to be integrated in body, mind and spirit to create a whole healthy person. Schmitz says that she derives pleasure from "educating clients and evaluating their energy efficiency." To this end, Schmidt works with clients of all ages and all levels of wellness to increase their life force energy. She also offers self-empowerment programs and gentle hands-on attunements that raise the vibrations of energy to transcend low-level wellness. Clients who have experienced an energy attunement from Schmitz say they glow and feel calmer, more balanced and energized. Schmitz, a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience, is most proud of teaching golfers how to use energy and stay focused, centered and balanced, enabling them to improve their stroke and score.
Schmitz is an authority in all areas of medical-surgical and oncology nursing and has completed extensive study of energy medicine and products. She implemented research methodology with measurable outcomes for behavioral change in a bachelor of science in nursing leadership course at the University of San Diego. She is currently interested in developing a research study to support the process of stress reduction with energy attunements.
Schmitz received a
master of nursing in community health from
The University of Kansas in 1993 and a bachelor of science in nursing from Avila College in 1979. She is a member of the
National Association for Female Executives, the
American Business Women's Association and the
California Nurses Association.
