A professional in assisting clients with buying and selling residential and commercial properties, Ms. Grosshans is involved with business, marketing and advertising for Troop Real Estate since 2003. She assists clients with their local and national real estate needs.
Ms. Grosshans was honored with the Goal Award thrice and was listed in the Multi-Million Dollar Elite Club in 2005. Prior to joining her present company, Ms. Grosshans worked as an assistant Marketing Director for the Esplanade Shopping Center and as an Account Executive for KZTR Radio Station in Ventura. She was drawn to the real estate industry because her family has always been involved with real estate world wide. She credits her success to her hard work, communication skills and compassionate nature.
In 1982, Ms. Grosshans received her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Journalism from San Diego State University. She has recently received her CABB certification with the California Business Brokers Association and also received a Certification with RELO, a national and international relocation company.
Ms. Grosshans is married to an Ocean Tug Captain and has three adult children. She has been volunteering regularly with the Channel Islands Guilds since 1991. In the future, she aspires to earn her broker's license.
