Shocking Department of Energy Study Shows Friction Creates Massive Energy Waste in Internal Combustion Engines.
High-Performance Mechanics' Reveal "Trade Secret" that Greatly Reduces Friction in Engines and Drive Trains to Increase Gas Mileage and Horsepower.

/24-7PressRelease/ - SPRINGFIELD, MO, June 04, 2007 -- Tests conducted by the U.S. Department of Energy show that friction is the major obstacle to efficiency of both gas and diesel powered vehicles. The DOE study shocked the auto industry and drivers everywhere with its finding that after subtracting energy loss from friction in the engine, drive-train, alternator, power-steering and air-conditioning among other friction sources of all engines tested, only about 15% of a fuel's energy remains to move a vehicle down the road. Officials said this finding is astounding, but they stand by it.
The DOE study concluded that a substantial reduction of engine friction would enable better gas mileage for all automobiles and trucks whether they use gas or diesel fuel. Industry insiders say that less friction would result in less engine wear, more power and gas mileage.

What has not been widely known is that an engine metal treatment technology that substantially and permanently reduces vehicle operating friction is available, marketed under the name Microlon . Microlon is not a lubricant. It is a permanent metal treatment that creates a super-slick micro-thin film on all the metal moving parts protecting them from metal-to-metal friction.

Microlon has been approved by the FAA for use in light planes' engines of less than 1000 cu. in. displacement. Microlon treatment is equally effective for hybrid vehicles, because its friction-reducing properties have nothing to do with the fuel or the oil.

Doug Kelly, owner of Gas-Miser.com, a major web-based seller of Microlon, reacted to the study by saying, "Many professional mechanics and engine-builders in the world of auto racing, both NASCAR and Formula One circuits, have known about Microlon's friction reducing ability for years. Since they live or die in a world where every subtle bit of power can mean the difference between winning a race and being an also-ran, it is one of the best kept "trade secrets" in the world."

Microlon's unique friction reducing abilities have been recognized by the world's scientific community. In 1978, in Geneva, Switzerland, Microlon was awarded the "Medaille De Vermeil" at the "Salon Internationale des Techniques Nouvelles" for being first among its class of new product innovations; only the 7th time in 100 years this award has been made. No other product or formula has been able to match the results or durability of Microlon since then.

Frank R. Lindsey, Manager of Tool Operations at MOOG, Inc., Aerospace Division said, "I believe I can state that the application of Microlon in industry will result in the most significant gains in overall productivity since the introduction of carbide tooling."

Mark Haught of Capital Metro, Austin, Texas, City Public Transportation, wrote in his maintenance records that, "Fuel consumption [of buses] with Microlon Treatment compared to equal number without Microlon Treatment by weight, by scale and by meter; average increase in MPG was 27.81% with Microlon treated buses than those without Microlon Treatment."

Microlon is revolutionizing the ways vehicles and industries are achieving more energy from fuel. This is good for both the pocketbook and the environment. All of the comments endorsing Microlon can be verified by visiting www.gas-miser.com.

"It's not surprising if people have never heard of Microlon," Mr. Kelly says, "because it's never been marketed nor easily available to the retail consumer until we began selling it through our on-line business at http://www.gas-miser.com."
