"PriceYeti is stupidly simple", says Fabulously Broke, an online personal finance blog, "it isn't another price comparison shopping site, it's the next step."
PriceYeti works by checking the products you're interested in several times a day for sales and price drops. It will instantly alert you via email when it detects a price drop.

The founders at PriceYeti see the site as a complement to price comparison search and retail sites. "The majority of online shoppers today are already search gurus", says Brian Ma co-founder at PriceYeti, "they don't need another product search site. What they need is the step after that. They need to be able to easily track items that they've already researched so that if it ever goes on sale, they will be the first to know."
