The Wishwall Foundation seeks to be a global movement that inspires people and unites humanity through art, fashion, and goodwill - Simonetta Lein founder of The Wishwall Foundation

PHILADELPHIA, PA, December 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- After the incredible success of The Wishwall Foundation in Philadelphia last summer, The Wishwall Foundation, a nonprofit charitable organization and social community (www.thewishwall.org), Girl Talk Marlton, a local chapter of the nonprofit mentoring program for girls- Girl Talk Inc. teamed up with The Wishwall Foundation unveiling The Wishwall in Marlton, NJ dedicated to the memory of the talented singer Christina Grimmie - on Saturday, December 10th at the Evesham library.

The Wishwall Foundation unveiled its first physical Wishwall with much success last year in Philadelphia at the Italian Market. Created as a permanent installation, The Wishwall was installed in honor of Pope Francis' visit to the city last year. Since then, The Wishwall foundation has granted many meaningful wishes. The Wishwall Foundation is multi-faceted. It consists of The Wishwall Online and The Wishwall in every city. The Wishwall Foundation seeks to be a global movement that inspires people and unites humanity through art, fashion, and goodwill and is happy to have teamed up with Girl Talk Marlton to make their wish of having The Wishwall in their community come true.

The Wishwall in Marlton is to honor hometown superstar, Christina Grimmie, who was taken from us recently in a horrific act of violence. The talented 22-year-old singer, songwriter and YouTube sensation, who once attended Cherokee High School, was riding high in June, enjoying the success that had come her way since participating in the hit show "The Voice" in 2014. But Grimmie's life ended abruptly and tragically when she was shot and killed by Kevin James Loibl, an obsessed fan, on June 10 shortly after she performed at the Plaza Live in Orlando, Florida.

The Wishwall mural, which was presented with Christina's brother Mark present, will be displayed permanently in the library and represent a clear message of hope and peace against violence and hate in the world. Many girls are empowered by the example left by Christina and Simonetta, role models that want to inspire future generations.

Currently, The Wishwall Foundation is a global movement with local outreach and is planning to install The Wishwall Milan Italy in April, Sierravista Fort Huachuca in Arizona for Memorial Day and in Washington, DC, in the New Year.
