    MISSION VIEJO, CA, January 24, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Skye Palm Springs by Woodbridge Pacific Group won major new awards at the International Builders Show (IBS), taking seven honors in prestigious competitions for architectural design and neighborhood concepts; model home interior design and new home marketing. Skye's most recent awards were announced January 9 and 10 at The Nationals and the Best In American Living Awards (BALA) celebrations at IBS, Held this year in Orlando, Florida, IBS is the annual conference and exposition of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Judges for The Nationals named Skye the Detached Home Community of the Year. This mid century enclave also took Gold Awards for Plan Two's architectural design and for its model interior merchandising. Silver honors went to Plan Four for architectural design and to Plan One for model home interior merchandising.

In the BALA competition, Skye's Plan One took a Platinum honor for Detached New Home Design. Plan Two earned a Gold BALA honor for Detached New Home Design.

Skye Palm Springs has earned a total of 17 top honors in the homebuilding industry, recognition by design editors--and robust sales in the luxury home market. In addition to the seven new honors in The Nationals and BALA, Skye's accolades include:

- Four Gold Nugget Awards: a Grand Award as Residential Project of the Year, and a Grand Award and two Awards of Merit for Architectural Design.

- Six honors in The SoCal Awards: Top awards for Best Architectural Series, Architectural Design and Community Brochure, plus Finalist honors for Detached Community of the Year and for Interior Merchandising of two model homes.
