Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Conference, Las Vegas, NV, September 14, 2010: Smithville Digital is pleased to announce the adoption of Mariner's xVu solution for management of the customer experience for SmithvilleTV (STV). Earlier this year Smithville was looking for means to quickly isolate service issues with their SmithvilleTV service; their search lead them to Mariner. Within weeks Mariner's xVu service assurance solution was pinpointing sporadic network issues quickly and accurately.
