/24-7PressRelease/ -- West side residents and visitors can enjoy a snazzy night of music or jazz, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Friday night from Oct. 9th through Nov. 6th at the Village at Arrowhead Shopping Center, 20050 N. 67th Ave. in Glendale.
The free event is open to the public. Musical groups perform on the patio of AJ's Fine Foods. Limited seating is available and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Music lovers can also bring their own chairs to enjoy the show.
Participating merchants will provide a sneak preview of fall fashions, as well distribute customer appreciation specials offered at many of The Village at Arrowhead Shopping Center's stores.
The concert series will begin with The Roadrunners on Oct. 9th. They will perform rock and roll favorites from the 50's and 60s. Classic car owners are encouraged to drive down in their 1950s and 1960s autos to enjoy the music and ambiance of this special time period.
Additional musical groups include: A.J.'s Jazz Combo on Oct. 16th; One More Time Band on Oct. 23rd; Laura Fial Jazz Trio on Oct. 30th and Pam Morita Jazz Trio on Nov. 6th.
"The All That Jazz Concert Series is the perfect opportunity to enjoy an evening out and take advantage of our cool, evening temperatures, as well as listen to some really cool music," said Mary Walker, coordinator of the concert series and the president of Power Promotions.
