/24-7PressRelease/ -- Fishermen are passionate about their sport, whether it is sea fishing, lake fishing, sport fishing, bass fishing, or fly fishing, and a newly launched web site gives them a place to share their love with others.
A new micro-blogging web site has been launched that provides free membership for fishermen of all types, and a marketing resource for professionals. The site is located at http://www.WorldsFishermen.com Micro-blogging web sites allow users to add short stories, ask or receive answers to questions, and communicate with other users of the web site limited to a certain number of characters.
"We created WorldsFishermen.com to give the average everyday fishermen an opportunity to connect with other fishermen all over the world. No Internet experience is needed. Fishermen can share pictures, fishing stories, and even get advice and information from other fishermen," explained Jason Pitcock of WorldsFishermen.com.
The web site is extremely user friendly. No Internet experience is needed for members of the site to make full use of all the features. Anyone who can point and click a mouse, and type messages on a keyboard can use the WorldsFishermen.com web site.
There are two different levels of service available, according to Pitcock. The web site offers services to professional fishermen and others who want their own web site. They are able to have a site up and running in just minutes, and fishermen who want to participate in the fishing networks but do not want a web site of their own are also able to participate as free members.
"You can have fun by starting a fishing website about your location, your favorite type of fishing, favorite species of fish, or anything you are interested in. Those who do not want their own web site can join us as a free member. Free members can join as many separate fishing networks on the site as they wish," said Pitcock.
The cost of having a web site is less than $2 a month, and starting a fishing web site is as easy as selecting a name for the site and clicking a mouse. Professional fishermen as well as fishermen who just want a place on the Internet to call home are starting a web site on the service.
