SocialPoint.Me is for all those busy social media users who want to make sure that they don't miss any postings and that they can post to all of their social media feeds with one click",
CINCINNATI, OH, December 05, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Are all your grandchildren using different social media? Does your wife use Facebook, but your boss contacts you through LinkedIn and you want to keep up with what your children are posting on Instagram? Social media is great for keeping in touch, but the amount of information we now have access to can be daunting.
What if you could keep up to date on all of social media with just one click? Well you can, and it's free.
SocialPoint has released the 2.0 version of its popular Social Media aggregation app, SocialPoint.Me. With the free app, available in the Google Play store, you can connect Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Instagram, Google+ and Foursquare. You can view a combined feed or just one feed at a time and you can fully interact with the feeds, including posting, likes, retweets, comments and search. AT&T mobile users can even include their text messaging feed.
"With the 2.0 version, we have included many of the features our users have been requesting", said Chris Burnett, SocialPoint, Inc's Vice President of Marketing. Those features include a combined feed, a slide-out drawer that makes it easier for the user to select the feeds they want to see, connect new feeds and even eliminate the ads. "But, we're not finished yet, he went on to say. We will be adding features that allow you to include notifications, bring in your complete contact list and combine news feeds to make your own personalized default feed."
"It is our mission to make SocialPoint.Me a one-stop-shop for all those busy social media users who want to make sure that they don't miss any postings and that they can post to all of their social media feeds with one click," said Carol Meinhardt, SocialPoint's President.
These new features are also being added to the company's iOS app, available for free in the iTunes store and the announcement of the 2.0 version of the iOS app is expected in early 2014. For desktop social media users, there is also a website at www.SocialPoint.Me that is fully compatible with all tablets and mobile devices.
