Sofia Theodorou Locke Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Human Resources

Ms. Theodorou has 20 years of experience in human resources, with four years as senior vice president of human resources for LoyaltyOne Inc. Specializing in culture transformation and change management, she is accountable for providing global HR strategic and operational leadership to further the company's growth initiatives. This includes global organic business expansion and acquisitions. From 1993-2003, she served as director of OD for Rogers Communications. Ms. Theodorou was awarded the distinction of a 2012 Canadian Diversity Champion for Women of Influence. In 2012 LoyaltyOne Inc. was a Top 10 regional winner of the Most Admired Culture Award - an honor with which they will be distinguished in 2013. Since her tenure at LoyaltyOne, the organization has been rcognized as a Best Employer in Canada for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Ms. Theodorou received a Bachelor of Arts in administration and information management in 1988 from Ryerson University.
