SoloHealth Expands Executive Team with New Chief Revenue Officer

Interactive advertising industry veteran Mike Griffin joins as SoloHealth gears up for nationwide rollout.



    ATLANTA, GA, February 28, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- SoloHealth, a consumer-driven healthcare technology company, announced today the addition of sales and marketing veteran Mike Griffin to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately. Griffin brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience across the technology, entrepreneurial and consumer package goods industries, with an emphasis in the interactive digital advertising arena. As CRO, he will be leading SoloHealth's long-term revenue generation and oversee the strategic direction of sales and marketing.

The announcement comes as SoloHealth prepares for a national wide rollout of its next-generation, consumer health screening kiosk, the SoloHealth Station. In preparation, SoloHealth has made a number of key announcements during the past few months, including announcing a $8.2 million financing round in October; naming former Walgreen's executive Stanley B. Blaylock to the board in November; and winning Intel's coveted IT healthcare award, the "Intel Innovation Award," recognizing leading-edge technology and exceptional innovation.

Prior to joining SoloHealth, Griffin spent more than 11 years at EyeWonder, Inc., helping lead the Atlanta-based company from an initial startup to an established global leader within the interactive digital advertising technology industry. Griffin, who most recently served as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Development, joined EyeWonder in 2000 as head of sales and marketing and was promoted to the executive team in 2002. During his tenure, Griffin was instrumental in the company's successful growth, helping steer the strategic direction as it grew to more than 300 employees and delivered billions of online and mobile video and rich media ad impressions for Fortune 1000 advertisers, as well as establish partnerships with leading online publishers worldwide including, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Facebook and Google.

Prior to joining EyeWonder, Griffin was in Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. Additionally, he was Director of Marketing for The Weather Channel cable television network and Weather.com, as well as Brand Manager for The Paddington Corporation, a division of Grand Metropolitan, PLC. In 1996, he was named to Advertising Age magazine's top 100 marketers.
