Solomon Choi Specializes in the Marketing and Growth of a Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt Chain

Mr. Choi has eight years of experience in business development. He became involved in his profession after beginning with a startup hospitality group in Los Angeles, Calif., which provided full-service Japanese restaurants, and a gelato business. He established New York City's first self-serve frozen yogurt franchise in 2008. Mr. Choi received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing in 2002 from The University of Southern California.
