He will be addressing the Illinois PTA conference at the Lisle/Naperville Hilton, Illinois.

Mr. Randel states two main reasons bullying continues is due to bystanders not getting involved and bullying always thrives where authority is weak. He will show how to solve these issues. National Education Association estimates that 160,000 children miss school every day due to fear of attack or intimidation by other students. These situations are a parents' nightmare. From the playground, lunchroom, hallway, school bus, traveling to and from school, in cyber space, children are being bullied. The schools are not solving this problem. Mr. Randel's program offers solutions and calls for actions. He will be talking about what a parent can do, why your child is a victim, why people bully others, how to handle cyber-bullying and so much more.
