) announces their Spring and Summer 2012 tradeshow schedule. Somerset Industries will be appearing at three industry tradeshows between now and end of June 2012 and will feature their professional pizza and bakery equipment.
From April 29th-30th, Somerset Industries will be appearing at the Northwest Foodservice Show in Seattle, WA. In honor of the shows 50th anniversary, the Food Services of America will be hosting numerous free seminars for industry professionals including trends in gluten free dining, culinary tourism and creating a greener kitchen. Somerset Industries will have representatives at booth #425, displaying their professional bakery equipment including fondant sheeters
, and will be one of 400+ vendor booths of goods and services showcased at the tradeshow. They will also have examples of their other products including an all-in-front dough roller

From May 5th-8th, Somerset Industries will be at booth #3851 at the National Restaurant Association Show 2012 in Chicago, IL. Alongside 58,000 industry professionals and 1,800 exhibitors, attendees are able to attend 70 free education sessions developed around current issues and enjoy the World Culinary Showcase featuring culinary celebs including Rick Bayless and Top Chef contestants Richard Blais, Spike Mendelsohn and Fabio Viviani. Exhibitors represent 900+ product categories including beverage, equipment, services and food. Somerset will be displaying their pizza and baker dough sheeters

From June 24th-25th, Somerset Industries will have representatives at the Southwest Foodservice Expo in Dallas, TX. The Southwest Foodservice Expo is the largest foodservice tradeshow in the region and attracts hundreds of foodservice industry professionals and expers. In addition to finding the latest in cutting-edge foodservice products and services, attendees have access free education sessions, panel discussions and cooking demonstrations led by industry experts. Attendees will also be able to receive industry certifications and enhanced training at multiple Professional Training sessions. Somerset's booth number is still to be determined.
