Mr. Williams has 14 years of professional experience, with three years as the CEO of Positive Life NSW. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert in finance and management. Each day, he works to promote a positive image of people living with and affected by the human immunodeficiency virus. He is also responsible for obtaining funds for programs, meeting with researchers and assisting advisory committees. In addition, he collaborates with a board of directors while reviewing and revising procedures as needed. Mr. Williams acts as a liaison for state government policies regarding the human immunodeficiency virus, and he handles all legal aspects of the organization's work.
Looking back, Mr. Williams attributes his success to his motivation and listening skills. He became involved in his profession through his desire to reduce the stigma of the human immunodeficiency virus, regardless of how it was acquired.
Mr. Williams is pursuing a bachelor's degree in management. He maintains affiliation with the National Association of People with HIV Australia as the group's vice president. In years to come, Mr. Williams hopes to gain experience by working for the federal government or an international company.
