Atlanta orthopedic care to patients at the Gwinnett and Johns Creek office locations. A fellowship-trained spine surgeon, Dr. Kasow specializes in adult degenerative cervical and lumbar spinal pathology, traumatic injuries, motion preservation technology, and minimally invasive spinal surgery
Dr. Kasow is sure to be a valuable asset for Southern Orthopedic Specialists' patients. He strongly values patient education, believing that it is important for his patients to be fully informed of their condition in order to make informed decisions about their well being.
On his way to becoming an
orthopedic doctor in Atlanta, Dr. Kasow received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and then attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathy. At West Virginia he earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree. Dr. Kasow then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. To further his expertise, Dr. Kasow completed the AO/ASIF Fellowship at the Center for Spinal Disorders, Spine Education and Research Institute in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Kasow is Board Certified by the Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and has been practicing
orthopedics in Atlanta since 2007.
