Southwest Combative Sports, Inc. to Host N.A.M.A. Championship Boxing

Heavy Weight Boxing match along with local amateur mixed martial arts (MMA Fighters) to raise money needed to take Pop Warner youth football & cheer teams to ESPN Wide World Sports Complex at Disney World.
    OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, June 10, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The show will be held on July 20, 2012 at the Holiday Inn Norman ballroom in Norman, OK. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and fights will begin at 7 p.m. proceeds will benefit these newly forming teams with travel and will consist of 12-24 talented and less talented youth ages 6-8 years old. Tickets are $22.50 and $52.50. This event is free for youth ages 10 and under accompanied by a ticket paying adult.
Pop Warner teams will play teams in the SW Region which include: Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado and New Mexico. PWLS is a non-profit organization that provides youth football and cheer & dance programs for participants in 41 states and several countries around the world. Consisting of approximately 360,000 young people ranging from ages 5 to 16 years old, PWLS is the largest youth football, cheer and dance program in the United States. Each year Pop Warner hosts the Pop Warner Super Bowl and National Cheer & Dance Championship. For the past 11 years, the event has taken place at ESPN Wide World Sports Complex at Disney World. More than 300 cheer and dance squads and 64 football teams compete for the crown.
Pop Warner was founded in 1929 continues to grow and serves as the only youth football, cheerleading & dance organization that requires its participants to maintain academic standards in order to participate. Pop Warner's commitment to academics is what separates the program from other youth sports around the world.
Oklahoma native Leslie Stevenson (Promoter) wants to invite everyone out to help raise money and have a good time while doing so.

"We will be selling raffle tickets for the "New Apple iPad" valued at ($499.99) cost for raffle tickets will be $5 for one ticket or 5 tickets for $20. A customer that buys a raffle ticket does not have to be present to win. Fight fans that buy a ticket to the show are automatically entered in the drawing, which will take place before the main event," Stevenson said.
Parents can sign their children up for this program at 1312 N.E 23rd Street at the 23rd Street Fight Factory located in Oklahoma City from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday-Saturday until once the maximum limit of 24 youth ages 6-8 is reach sign-ups will end.
This program is offered to ABYF members and non-members. Cost for the football and cheer program is $25.50 plus $125 refundable deposit for ABYF members. Deposit will be returned to ABYF members once all equipment is turned in as agreed. ABYF will provide coaches, football equipment and team uniforms.
