The programme was tailor-made to Specsavers' requirements with a masked ball as night time entertainment. Selected activities included a 250ft zip wire from the turrets of the castle, a high level ropes activity, building a bridge, a treasure hunt, castle siege and ended with a challenge to 'walk on water' inside giant spheres.
Specsavers retail development manager Rowena Lovell said: 'We chose Outside because we wanted to create a corporate day that was fun, challenging and unique.
We enjoyed the ability to select our programme and the team is still talking about the experience. It was a very cost effective way to reward the staff and invest in their skills at the same time.'
