SPRINGFIELD, VA, January 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ever year in January and February in my office we see a rise in the number of patients who are injured from exercising. People are motivated to keep their New Year's resolutions and exercise until they get injured. Usually they have either exercised too much and/or performed an exercise incorrectly leading to muscle and joint injuries. My purpose for holding this injury prevention seminar is to educate people on how to exercise correctly and what they can do to prevent injuries from developing.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday January 19th at 10am at Washington Sports Club in Springfield, VA. The seminar will discuss common injuries from exercising, how to perform exercises correctly, and what patients can do to prevent injuries. The seminar is part of Washington Sports Club open house and is completely free and open to the public. Come learn how to prevent injuries to your lower back, neck, shoulder, knees, and legs. Keep this years resolutions with a pain-free, exercise program.
