St. Joseph Health System's Ryan Faulkner Elected to THINK Together Board of Directors

Faulkner, senior vice president of Human Resources at St. Joseph Health System (SJHS), has been elected to the Board of Directors of THINK Together, the nonprofit provider of extended learning time programs supporting at-risk and low-income students throughout California.

Faulkner currently leads the HR function at SJHS. Previously, he was vice president of Talent and Rewards at SJHS, and an account executive with Accenture. He has experience developing human capital solutions to drive both top and bottom line improvement. Faulkner has successfully rolled out large-scale change in human resources programs with a focus on workforce transformation and leadership development. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, and holds a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
