As a logistics manager, Ms. Caruthers is responsible for leading a LogOps team for Kraft Foods, Inc. She has honed an expertise in customer service, scheduling, commercialization and managing vendor quality compliance.

She was also an operations supervisor for five years prior and she considers attaining her current position as her greatest professional accomplishment. Ms. Caruthers keeps herself abreast of the latest technologies in her profession through networking. Ms. Caruthers earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications with a minor in Marketing at Southwest Missouri State University in 2003. She volunteers time to United Way, Children's Miracle Network and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
