Halterman CPA has received the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable work in the Financial Services Industry. As a Certified Public Accountant who runs his own private practice, as well as throughout his incredible 45 year professional career, Dennis has consistently performed at an exceptional level.

Dennis has been a sole practitioner for over 30 years in the practice of public accounting. He provides tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations. Mr. Halterman is also actively involved in business start-ups and business monitoring as well as providing assistance in the obtaining of suitable financing as a business continues its growth. He has worked with business from their early days that have reached business volumes of up to $70 million under his business and financial tutelage.

Prior to beginning his career in public accounting, Dennis was a Corporate Controller of a New York Stock Exchange company and Vice President of Finance for an American Stock Exchange company.

Dennis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Penn State University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Halterman enjoys skiing, golf, softball and working out in the time away from his busy schedule.
