(ISM) today announced that it has been awarded a one-year, support services contract by Starwood Vacation Ownership, one of the premier developers and operators of high-quality vacation ownership resorts. The support contract covers Starwood Vacation Ownership's HP Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPM) solution, a comprehensive project and portfolio management offering that provides the information needed to make better business decisions, helps lower the total cost of business operations, and reduces risk.
The Tampa-based ISM Governance Solution Support Center (GSSC) will provide both product and solution support for the customized HP PPM deployment within Starwood Vacation Ownership. As needed, ISM will own activities with the application vendor (HP) such as managing product-related questions, issues, and service requests. Additionally, ISM will review patches, upgrades, and monitor relevant application bugs and provide recommendations for introducing any vendor delivered solutions into the Starwood Vacation Ownership environment.
