(the "Company") is pleased to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary Stealth Energy USA, operating out of Billings Montana, has signed a letter of intent respecting 8,500 acres of prospective oil leases. The acreage is located in Musselshell, Petroleum and Rosebud counties in central Montana. Under the proposed agreement, which is currently being legally formalized, Stealth will earn a 75% working interest by drilling 4 wells. The anticipated spud date is on or before 1 July 2010.
President John Campbell states: "With this single acquisition our prospective oil lease acreage is dramatically increased and we are optimistically looking forward to the summer drilling activity."
