With more than 25 years of professional experience, Dr. McNeese specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery and is primarily responsible for treating patients. He was honored with the Best Plastic Surgeon Award seven times and has been acknowledged as one of America's top surgeons for 2008.
Dr. McNeese completed his residency in plastic surgery in 1982 and earned his MD in 1975 from Baylor College of Medicine. He is affiliated with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Los Angeles Surgical Society.
