/24-7PressRelease/ -- Nine months after Eric Bossuk, Former CEO of Tri County Insurance based in Calabasas, CA and Steve Brooks, Former President of Steve Brooks Insurance Services based in Westlake Village CA, announced they would be merging their companies; their joint venture has officially become B & B Premier Insurance Solutions, Inc.
In the months since the two joined forces in effort to offer enhanced services for clients, including the launch of a financial services division, which provides clients with health, life, disability and retirement products; B & B Premier Insurance also moved into a two story 13,500 square foot office building located at 5008 Chesebro Road in Agoura Hills. The new location serves as the company's corporate headquarters.
"Our growth mandated that we move into a larger space," says Bossuk. However, the company will maintain its two satellite offices in Santa Clarita and Calabasas to accommodate new and existing personal and commercial insurance clients.
To date the merger has been nothing short of a "tremendous success," says Brooks. "The collaboration of our independent agencies has resulted in better options, pricing and service to our existing and new clients. Eric and I have always placed the utmost importance on customer service, and by joining forces, we have been able to offer our more than 12,000 clients, better service than ever, including options that as two independent agencies we were not in the position to offer."
B & B Premier Insurance Solutions, Inc now counts more 40 employees in its three offices, and continues to grow.
