    24-7PressRelease - WARWICK, UK - May 3, 2007 - The Association of Business Process Management Professionals Philadelphia Chapter turned up in record numbers to hear BPM Group CEO Steve Towers speak on the latest topics in BPM, BPM Certification and CEMM (the advanced method for Business Process Management).

Held at the Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania; Mr. Towers presented on the theme of "Process Mapping and Modeling for the 21st Century" in the Leslie C. Quick Jr. Center to over 100 people from the Philadelphia chapter.

Sponsored by the Philadelphia Chapter of the ABPMP (the Association of Business Process Management Professionals), this author event required shifting of the selected venue several times as the number of attendees continued to outgrow reserved space.

Presenting on the key themes of Professionalizing BPM, the CEMM advanced method for BPM - including the role of SCOs (Successful Customer Outcomes), Process Points of Failure and the "Causes of Work," Mr. Towers received a standing ovation upon completion of his presentation.
