The presentation, titled, "Developing a Blue Ocean Competitive Advantage," will outline a strategy to implement the six-step process created by W. Chan Kimand and Renee Mauborgne. Commonly referenced as the "Blue Ocean Strategy," the six-step process evaluates a company's value curve in comparison to the industry's value curve. Stewart will define the necessary tools and strategies organizations can implement for a more effective competitive advantage among counterparts.
