Featured performers will include the Jeff Lofton Quartet, Kalu James, Hector Ward and The Big Time, and Bill Rice.
April is National Crime Victims' Rights Month, marking a time that we honor crime victims' rights and see that crime victims are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
