/24-7PressRelease/ - LAS VEGAS, NV, June 15, 2008 - Master Licensee Bruce Taylor has named Stewart MacDougall as an ActionCOACH in Scotland.
MacDougall's office will be located in Cumbernauld, and he will be operating in the region of West Central Scotland.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH Business Coach, MacDougall worked as a senior manager with Corp IT, mentoring about 30 project managers.
"I have also held various operations and management positions and was the Global Manufacturing Owner for a major fax manufacturer," he said.
MacDougall was instrumental in delivering common global IT systems to a Blue Chip manufacturing organization. He also persuaded a Japanese Quality Assurance (QA) team to think more laterally about their product, thereby reducing the time to market and increasing product life by more than 30 percent.
"In my process development career, I led to the removal of CFCs and became the first site in the UK to have only inert soldering," he said.
As an engineer, MacDougall is used to developing and adhering to processes, analyzing problems and supplying solutions.
"I also have 20 years of experience in coaching members of my team on not only issues pertaining to their jobs but beyond that. This process has always been rewarding," he said.
Coming from the corporate world, MacDougall could easily see the value of global support structures and working with proven processes in attaining success.
"Buying into a franchise is much safer than starting from scratch, and entering into an agreement that would allow me to achieve my own dreams while helping other businesses achieve theirs seemed like the ideal business situation," he said.

MacDougall feels that being an ActionCOACH Business Coach will help him strike a fine balance between his family and work life.
