/24-7PressRelease/ - IVINS, UT, June 19, 2008 - Children all over the world are hearing about Stories for Children Magazine and its new website which debuted June 1, 2008 at http://storiesforchildrenmagazine.org. After Stories for Children Magazine's debut in April 2007 it seems this little Ezine isn't slowing down for anyone or anything. The new site has doubled its weekly traffic. Their reader base is mostly teachers, home schooled children, and parents.

Come take an adventure in the World of Ink with Stories for Children Magazine, a FREE monthly Ezine for children ages 3 to 12 years old. Each monthly issue is loaded with fun stories and articles based on age-appropriate reading levels. There are also puzzles, games, children's book reviews, crafts, and poems to inspire the imagination. Children's authors or illustrators are also known to stop by, hoping to make new friends along their journey into the World of Ink.

Stories for Children Magazine is not just for adult writers. One thing that sets Stories for Children Magazine apart is it also publishes stories written and illustrated by children and teens. While submitting stories to children's magazines, Founder & Editor-in-Chief VS Grenier was shocked to discover that few magazines accepted submissions from underage writers. She vowed to change this and has done so with Stories for Children Magazine.

VS Greiner is also a freelance children's writer. She has been interviewed on Blog Talk Radio's Book Bites for Kids, in Blogcritics.org and Kid Magazine Writers. VS Grenier's article, "Yes, Virginia, There IS a Santa Clause" won 2nd place in the Preditors & Editors Readers Poll 2007. VS Grenier was also voted one of the Top Ten Editors of 2007 in the Preditors & Editors' Readers Poll.

Stories for Children Magazine was voted one of the best Ezines in Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry, and Cover Design in the 2007 Preditors & Editors' Readers Poll. The magazine has also been featured in Babbitt Weekly several times, Homeschoolbuzz.com newsletter, Utah News, Magazine News, and Creative Connection.
