The partnership will enable SincerePrint to extend its current document management service offering to both print and electronic. The partnership agreement was signed in Hong Kong (and Kuala Lumpur) on 25 February 2011 and it covers Asia Pacific and China, although the immediate focus is on Malaysia.

SincerePrint will implement Striata's email billing solution for it's clients in the financial sector and Striata's Secure eDocument Delivery solution - ePolicies, for it's clients in the insurance industry.
