/24-7PressRelease/ - July 07, 2007 - SuperHolidayRentals, the live worldwide booking engine, says that almost all of their properties for rent during the famous Edinburgh Festival are fully booked, but there is still some availability for some flats.

Of 25 properties listed on the SuperHolidayRentals site, most are completely booked out for the duration of the festival, which runs from late July to early September. However, there are still a small number of properties that have some availability during the festival period.

The available properties are situated in highly desirable central locations just a few minutes walk away from the Princes street, and perfectly positioned for guests wanting to see as many of the Festivals attractions as possible, whilst at the same time take in the charms of this historic city.

SuperHolidayRentals have advised those wishing to attend the Festival this year to book as soon as possible. The Edinburgh festival is a massive international event that draws huge crowds for its duration, attracting two million visitors on an annual basis. In comparison, Glastonbury Festival, a three day music and arts festival sells attracts just 145,000 visitors.

A spokesman for SuperHolidayRentals said: "It's not too late to find an Edinburgh festival flat - but you'll have to act very quickly if you want to get one for this year. We tend to see bookings for Edinburgh Festival accommodation commence as early as a year in advance and by spring it can be very difficult to find a flat to rent during August. The Edinburgh festival is such a massive event, and draws such huge crowds, that there just isn't enough accommodation for everyone who wants it".

SuperHolidayRentals also lists rental property in other areas renowned for their festivals such as London's Notting Hill Carnival, annual wine festivals across France, and Spain's Summercase Festival in Madrid.

SuperHolidayRentals was first devised by Philip A Green, a leading holiday home owner and operator in the UK, and is a worldwide live online holiday booking engine.

People who own holiday rental property the world over can advertise their property on superholidayrentals.com, by loading availability onto the superholidayrentals.com booking engine. Super Holiday Rentals allows customers to search, book and pay for their chosen holiday rental live online immediately.
