This year is the 25th Anniversary of the world's premier ultramarathon bicycle race, the AdventureCORPS Furnace Creek Bike Race. Racers will travel a total of 508.5 miles during a 48-hour period, and over 35,000 feet of elevation.
The Furnace Creek Bike Race starts near this Santa Clarita hotel and proceeds across the Mojave Desert, through Death Valley, and ends at Twenty Nine Palms. The 200 racers can ride solo or in divisions of two person relays and four person relays.
