Ms. Oliver is a lawyer who puts her legal background and leadership skills to work for the purpose of building and driving innovative solutions in the face of complex business issues. Ms. Oliver earned her law degree from the University of Denver's College of Law and her bachelor of arts from George Washington University. Listed in The New York Times' "Up and Coming List," Ms. Oliver's next endeavor will be to write a book for business leaders and human resource practitioners about how to achieve competitive advantage through a scientific approach to employee engagement.
