Susan P. Jensen Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Banking and Business Development

    MILWAUKEE , WI January 11, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Susan P. Jensen, Vice President of Cole Taylor Bank, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in banking and business development.

As an experienced commercial lender and relationship manager, Ms. Jensen offers credit solutions and business development expertise to commercial and industrial clients.

Along with her day to day portfolio management and underwriting activity, she additionally is involved in mergers and acquisitions and managing credit quality within her portfolio. Ms. Jensen's primary geographical focus is on business in southeast Wisconsin and northeast Illinois.

With more than 20 years of experience in business administration, commercial banking and senior management, Ms. Jensen was recently appointed as vice president of Cole Taylor Bank in November 2012. Along with the underwriting and management of complex credit accounts for commercial and industrial businesses, her expertise further includes advising owner-managed businesses and collaborating with U.S. subsidiaries of foreign parent companies.

Prior to joining Cole Taylor Bank, Ms. Jensen served as senior vice president with Johnson Bank and senior vice president of lending at First Midwest Bank. She attributes her success to dedication and tenacity. After receiving a bachelor's degree in anthropology and archaeology from the University of Notre Dame, Ms. Jensen faced difficulty in finding a job in those fields, so she pursued an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her banking career began with a position at Marine National Exchange Bank.
Ms. Jensen serves as a board member and secretary to the Board of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin and as a finance committee member of Caledonia Conservancy Land Trust in Racine. She also spends time maintaining and caring for her farm, participating in equestrian sports, reading and traveling. After retirement, Ms. Jensen intends to establish herself as a consultant, using the business and banking skills she has developed over time. In the meantime, she will continue to develop her current role with Cole Taylor.
