According to the agreement, the leading real-estate sales agent is to manage the sales of the third phase of the flagship Al Andalucia project, a gated community being developed by TJH on the Queen Alia International Airport road
The agreement was signed by the Deputy CEO for Marketing and Sales, Mr. Rami Adwan and the General Manager of Eqarat.com Jordan, Mr. Naser Kanaan during a signing ceremony held at TJH Headquarters.
This partnership was formed on the heels of the successful completion of sales for the first and second phases of Al Andalucia project. Moving forward with the project development, TJH recently adopted the designs of the recreational center that is currently being constructed in the heart of the gated community
The Center is being built on a plot of land amounting to 60,000 SQM, and it is positioned to be the hub for a plethora of summer activities to be organized there.
Al Andalucia is the first fully integrated "gated community" to be developed in Jordan. Located only 15 minutes away from the 7th circle in Amman, and towards Queen Alia International Airport, the city is built on a plot of land that is 800.000 SQM. The project will consist of 570 villas constructed within 10 varying designs.
The villas embrace the highest standards of architectural excellence. They hold the highest quality of luxurious finishing, top of the line entertainment facilities and state of the art services, while boasting individuality, charm and a haven for warm comfortable family living.
Andalucia is equipped with security systems, broadband internet, communication lines, TV cables and video-on-demand distributed in houses called "House Connection". Al Andalucis also hosts a network of gas delivery for all villas provided through a central distribution station. It also includes green areas, public parks, sport courts, health clubs and water purification stations.
