/24-7PressRelease/ -- Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH) announced its participation in the new edition of Cityscape which is to be held in the Emirate of Dubai, 6-9 October 2008. Cityscape Dubai 2008 is the largest real estate investment and development event of its kind in the world. This year, the event will feature the participation of 1,500 exhibitors representing some of the largest real estate, development, investment, finance and construction firms. 60000 Visitors including investors, business professionals, engineers, real-estate developers and some of the world's most prominent economists are also expected to be there, all coming from more than 120 countries
This year, marks the second consecutive participation of TJH in this event, during which it will be displaying four different aspects of real-estate development. Each project on display is set to reflect a different developmental concept. Ahl Al Azm, exemplifies the large scale, well-planed, modern residential city, while the Andalucia project represents Jordan's first example of a fully serviced gated community. Boasting the concept of a second family home, the Red Sea Resort project is a good example of the residential tourist resort; and Mansion Hills, located on the southern shores of the portal city of Aqaba, is a multi purposed integrated tourist project. Lastly, TJH is also exhibiting Gardens Villas, located in Madinat Al Sharq in Zarqa, as a luxurious residential suburb. And together, these concepts serve to highlight TJH's diverse operational directions.

It is important to note that Cityscape Dubai 2007 welcomed more than 52,000 visitors from more than 136 countries, while hosting more than 840 exhibitors. Since its launch in 2002, Cityscape has been scoring remarkable success year after year, as a permanent event on the real-estate agenda of Dubai, boasting an exhibition space exceeding 74 SQM.
