/24-7PressRelease/ -- Whether you are a standup comedian or a comedy sketch artist, all comics will have the chance to show off their funny sides. Global online talent community, TalentTrove.com has launched its search for the Best Comedy Routine.
"It doesn't matter whether you have a slapstick routine like Laurel and Hardy or a dry sense of humor like Stephen Colbert, said Jaime McGee, Director of Marketing at TalentTrove.com "We want all comics to participate in the contest."
Submissions have begun being accepted and will last until May 20 at midnight. Contestants will upload their audio or video file to their TalentTrove page and then email comedyroutine@talenttrove.com with their username and URL of the comedy routine.
As an initiative for the TalentTrove community to participate in the contest, a cash prize will be awarded to the Trover that has the best comedy routine.
TalentTrove will post the top finalists on Friday May 22 at 10 a.m. and voting by the users will last until Sunday May 31 at midnight.
